Chairman’s Welcome Reception at The Opera House
Tim Lambert, IEC Chairman invited delegates to join him for a Welcome Reception held at the National Opera House of Denmark. The 2 hour reception offers delegates a great opportunity to forge new business relationships and catch up with old friends.

Spouse Tour
Spouses experienced the many highlights of Copenhagen by boat before witnessing the famous ‘changing of the guard’ ceremony outside Queen Margrethe’s home, Amalienborg Castle.
After dining at Nimb Brasserie overlooking the Tivoli gardens spouses discovered the royal family’s modern history in Copenhagen’s city centre with a tour of the stunning Christiansborg Castle.
Gala Dinner at Langelinie Pavilion
Arriving by boat beside Copenhagen’s iconic ‘Little Mermaid’ statue, delegates were treated to an evening of Nordic cuisine and entertainment at Langelinie Pavilion,
Simplicity is a key characteristic of Nordic cuisine as it utilises fewer components and relies upon high quality, local produce.

Spouse Tour
On Tuesday spouses headed out of the city centre to discover the ancient history of Denmark’s royal family with a visit to Frederiksborg Castle. Lunch was enjoyed in a traditional 17th century inn before returning to the hotel via a stop at Louisiana Museum.

All Delegates Networking Tour at Carlsberg Village
An afternoon dedicated to experiencing the Carlsberg village were delegates enjoy a three-course lunch within the Carlsberg museums private rooms before enjoying a leisurely afternoon of networking, beer tasting and optional walking tours of the brewery and Carlsberg village.
