Welcome Reception at Panorama Room, Inntel Hotels Rotterdam Centre 

Join us as the global egg industry re-unites for the IEC Rotterdam Welcome Reception!

Taking place in the Panorama Room at the Inntel Hotels Rotterdam Centre, delegates will enjoy sweeping views over the river Maas and skyline of Rotterdam. This 2 hour reception offers delegates a great opportunity to forge new business relationships and catch up with old friends before the conference begins.

Monday 12 September

Companion Tour 

Say Cheese! Companions are invited to visit Gouda, the historic Dutch city famous for its cheese.

Companions will enjoy a walking tour of the historic city, followed by relaxed lunch and a Stroopwafel making experience.

Chairman’s Reception at Stadhuis Rotterdam

Following the opening day of conference sessions, IEC Chairman, Suresh Chitturi, invites all delegates to join him for a networking reception at the majestic Stadhuis Rotterdam (City Hall).

Built between 1914 and 1920, Stadhuis Rotterdam is one of the few buildings to survive the World War 2 bombardment in 1940.

Interactive Cocktail ‘Eggs-perience’

Cheers! Delegates are invited to join us for a cocktail masterclass as we learn to create cocktails utilising the egg. Expert mixologists will share their top tips before delegates get the chance to create their own ‘eggstra’ special cocktail.

Wednesday 14 September

All Delegates Cruise of Rotterdam Harbour

Delegates are invited to enjoy a 90 minute harbour cruise and drinks reception, offering the perfect opportunity to take in the sights of Europe’s largest working harbour while reflecting on our time in Rotterdam before the closing party celebrations commence.

To conclude the Rotterdam conference, we invite delegates to relax and unwind as we step aboard the legendary SS Rotterdam.

The former flagship of the Holland America Line provides the perfect location to reflect on our time together with a buffet dinner and band.
